the location is super good, beach is close and portaventura is near too. super nice and not noisy at night. special thanks for the high floor room we asked for, it was perfect! the food is amazing, 5/5, great variety and everything was tasty. lots of fun activities like water polo and kids workshops.

clean hotel with great amenities

The hotel had an impressive cleanliness standard, with daily room cleaning and fresh towels. The location impressed me, as it provided easy access to local attractions. The pool area was a highlight. it was spacious and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the variety of breakfast options, which catered to different tastes.

The dining options felt somewhat repetitive, especially during dinner.

I stayed in a Quadruple Room with two double beds, and it was pretty comfy for me and the kids. The air-conditioning worked great, kept it cool. The bathroom was nice too, with all the basics included. Just a couple of annoyances like a broken bathroom sink plug and a bit noisy from dragging chairs at night. But overall, the room felt clean and cozy, which was vital for our family stay.

Family with kids will enjoy this place

The entertainment team were fantastic, especially with the kids, making their time super engaging. My son had an absolute blast at the splash park, it's like a mini paradise for the little ones, and they had activities all day!

Lastly, the rules around sun loungers can add unnecessary stress, with a strict lifeguard enforcing a 20-minute rule that feels excessive.

The hotel has a fantastic pool area with a splash pool perfect for kids. We loved the nightly mini-disco, my child had a blast dancing away! The location was also great, just a short walk to Salou beach and various shops.

My kids wished there were more dining options for picky eaters.

We stayed for 11 nights and enjoyed the convenient location. The restaurant offered tasty dinners, yet breakfast queues were frustrating. Staff varied in cheerfulness. A bigger room with more storage would have made our stay perfect. Consider dining out if queues are long!

our stay at ohtels was fantastic! we had a clean room with a very comfy bed. the breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. the pool area was great, and we enjoyed the nightly entertainment shows. the staff made a special effort to give us a poolside view room, which was a lovely touch.
